That Time Again
It’s once again time to start planning for the upcoming tax season!
New hours beginning February 1, 2007
8am to 7pm Monday through Thursday
8am to 5pm Friday & Saturday
Lee Roehl will be taking limited Sunday appointments. As you know, Lee’s schedule becomes booked several weeks out so if you need an appointment with him, be sure to call early. New referrals will be assigned to an appropriate preparer depending on their situation.
Cancellation policy
Because of our tight schedule during tax season, we ask for a 24-hour advance notice for canceling appointments. There will be a $25 fee for an appointment missed or canceled late.
Payment Policy
Please be prepared to pay for your return at the time you pick it up. We will have procedures in place for you to pay for mailed returns either by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by mailing a check once the return is finished. Returns will not be filed until payment is received.
Year-End Planning
If you experienced any major changes in your income, or have other issues affecting your tax situation, make sure you come see us before the end of the year, and we’ll help you make any changes to help avoid any surprises this Spring.
Updating Your Beneficiaries
Now is a good time to review your beneficiary designations to make sure they reflect your wishes.
Wildlife Fund Contribution
If you would like to contribute to the Non-game Wildlife Fund, please let us know at your appointment.
If you receive any correspondence from the IRS regarding prior year tax returns, be sure to contact us immediately so we can help you resolve the situation.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as instructed to do so by such client or as required by law. We maintain physical and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.
Thank you for your business! We are all thankful for the trust and confidence you’ve placed in us. As always, we appreciate your help in building our business by sharing our name.
